I received treatment for some sore and strained muscles after a particularly busy and stressful work period. Dean not only treated the areas of direct pain, but the source of the problem. Dean provided effective remedial massage therapy, strengthening and stretching exercises and took a holistic approach to treatment. After three treatments, I am not only pain free, but am much more aware to the root cause of the problem and how to prevent future pain. I would highly recommend Dean for anyone that works too many hours at a desk and is looking for not only instant relief, but a targeted program for a pain free future.

This establishment is one of the few hospitable and welcoming places which take the time to talk and educate their clientele.Scott displays a deft touch with a precise and gentle approach (a revelation to the misconception of having the body needlessly undergo traumatic sessions to ‘feel’ better) After 2 visits I already feel huge improvements to my posture and rectified muscular ailments.

I Had a stiff neck and shoulders because of prolonged sitting at the work, I got them looked at by Scott. Within a day I was able to Work with lesser stress and sleep well.
Scott is very helpful in answering questions with great examples so that its easy to understand. He also takes the time to explain what exactly your muscles are going through.
It was a very good experience for my well-being.

Very clean & relaxing setting, massage table is heated to allow additional comfort. This place use gel pillow instead of neck roll, which happen to be so comfortable. We had one hour couple massage. It was our first time getting a massage so we both were very worried/nervous. But there was nothing to worry about! Friendly staff and Holly would explain anything you need to know before the massage. We both had a great experience. Definitely worth the money, i would go back for more sessions 🙂
