Scott Barlow is a senior practitioner specialises in working with clients who have chronic muscle and joint pain.
Scott studied Personal Training and Massage Therapy in South Australia. He knows the importance of the work he’s getting into after growing up witnessing his mum live her life with chronic back and neck pain.
Scott was offered a position working with AFL team Port Adelaide where he was exposed to the elite standards of top-level professionals and their environment.
Achieving results with the players at training lead to Scott attending game day each week, including travelling with the team to Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
The positive feedback from the AFL players and senior staff at the club gave Scott the confidence and inspiration to step up and share the elite standards with both athlete and non-athlete clients.
After the working with the Power, Scott moved to Melbourne working in a Chronic pain clinic helping with many clients who had been in pain for in some cases 45+ years.
Taking the time to connect, listen and understand the client’s unique situation Scott works toward addressing both the cause and the symptoms of the imbalance to achieve a holistic result.
This approach allows clients to get the initial pain relief they’re after but also provides a pathway towards long-term and sustainable change.
Scott is a passionate practitioner who likes to keep fit and healthy leading by example for his clients when it comes to mindfulness, exercise standards and self-development.
