Uses
Apply to neck and shoulders to promote feelings of relaxation and comfort or use with carrier oil for massage.
Give your loved one a hand massage using the AromaTouch® Hand Technique and AromaTouch essential oil blend.
Add to Epsom salts and enjoy soaking in a hot bath.

Directions for Use
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

Although I had never had myotherapy before, I decided to give it a try for my persistent shoulder, neck and jaw pain. After several appointments with Holly, I now wish I had started seeing her years ago. She is incredibly lovely, knowledgeable, and skilled, and I can't give a high enough recommendation. Tightnesses and pains that I didn't even realise were there have eased (along with the pains that led me to seek treatment in the first place). With Holly's treatment (and advice on preventative lifestyle adjustments), I feel progressively looser, better, and more relaxed after every visit. Had chronic lower back issues and feeling very immobile. Have seen so many physiotherapists but never really resolved my problems. Just had my third myotherapy sessions today which takes all the pain from my shoulder and back.The treatment is working effectively. I had a great time with the myotherapist Holly who is highly professional. Highly recommended.

Holly has been my go-to for all aches and pains for almost a year now. She offers myotherapy, cupping ad dry needling, the combination of which is incredibly effective at pain relief. The massage rooms are clean and relaxing. Holly herself is super thorough, professional and friendly. I always feel a completely renewed person coming out of a session.

I have had a great experience at Holistic Balance Myotherapy and would highly recommend.I came in with neck, shoulder and back issues caused largely by working from home for months, and Holly has provided excellent service to help address these issues. She assesses how the muscles are going each week and uses a variety of therapies to help address the issues, including massage, cupping and dry needling, which has really helped with my pain.
